Looking To Fill Job Number One:
Event Set Up And Clean Up Help
Duties Include:
• Set up and break down of tables, chairs, wedding arches, wedding and event inventory.
• Basic event set up, breakdown, pack up and clean up.
• Making sure everything is set up correctly and packed back up properly.
• Make sure the event location is clean before we leave.

• Must have extensive background in event, planning, and management
• Energetic and highly personable
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Detail-oriented, Punctual, Creative, Decisive yet flexible, follow directions
• Highly organized with a Strong ability to multitask
• Works well under occasionally high pressured situations
• Has a creative eye and great at creatively solving problems
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and think clearly throughout periods of stress
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and ability to climb ladders and lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to manage a wide range of tasks and willingness to easily transition between responsibilities as required at the office and at the event
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have your own reliable transportation and cell phone
• Must be able to text and receive text messages
• A Non Smoker
• Have the ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs
• Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary
• Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
Location Of Job
The work location varies, we are usually in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood and sometimes Venice Beach Florida it is offsite job and not at our home office.
This position is great for someone looking for flexible hours during the week with weekend availability, that wants to be paid after working each event

If you have a clean up pick up truck with an enclosed clean empty trailer that we can put inventory in if we need to, this is for you!
